This is one of food experiments which went very good! It is one of our favorite foods to make, each time we get our hands on some good prawns. This recipe is for 2 person meal :)
Ingredients:
1 - 2 tomatoes
Pinch of salt
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
butter around 50 g
1 lemon
18 prawns (units)
1 chili pepper if you like some light hit.
Preparation:
Cut tomatoes in big chunks and add to the heated pan with 20 - 30 g of butter, fry it until it will become a puree. Chop up garlic and add it to tomato puree with salt and half of lemon juice, stir until all mass becomes sticky and water evaporates, when you will get the right consistency add cleaned prawns and chili (optional), cook everything for 3 - 5 min, let prawns sizzle a bit from both sides to have slight crunch, you can do that also in separate pan as you can see in the picture.

Side dish is my moms style potatoes!
quick guide:
Peal potatoes (usually for 2 person meal i use around 7 - 10 potatoes), wash them off and cut them in really thin peaces, add them straight to the pan and fry on slow heat for 20 - 30 min with olive oil in covered pan, adding salt after each turn (this allows the potatoes to become slightly sticky and on a side they have brown crunch)
